Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, we will assist you in signing up for the lenders and programs listed above, along with others that you may from time to time request. Our team will help you enroll with the appropriate lenders in our platform so we may customize a waterfall so you may access their loan programs.. There is a one-time boarding fee of $1500 that is paid to us to review your file and assist with applications to our lending partners. This is a 100% non-refundable fee and does not guarantee your business will be approved by any of our banks or lenders. You acknowledge that, depending on the lender, you may need to select such plans in the applicable lender portal. If you fail to select these plans, or fail to select any plans, you or your representatives may be presented with additional plans which will vary, including in terms of merchant fee. Fund My Contract, LLC our technology partners, and the applicable lender shall not be liable for any such failure.
